Well, this has been a somewhat unusual week given the additional bank holiday on Monday for the funeral of HRH Queen Elizabeth II.  Despite the sadness of this occasion, it was lovely to hear from former student Eiddan Ballard who was part of the event and sent us some lovely photographs which can be seen on our Twitter account.

There has also been a sense of normality about school this week after the restrictions of Covid, and it has been nice to see our Year 11 Geographers undertaking fieldwork in Barry as part of their GCSE studies, as well as our Year 13 visit to Bristol for the University and Apprenticeship fair.
