Report A Bully

To make a member of staff aware of an incident of bullying you need to include the following information in your email:

• Please give / state your name and form : James Blogg 9PGH
• Please include some brief details about the incident

REMINDER: You must ensure that you include the information above otherwise we cannot follow up this report .

When you send your report we will endeavour to get back to you during school time ASAP .
